OWL 7 is designed around eight major data themes to provide users greater flexibility in navigating the OWL Database. This also enables users to focus their efforts on a specific interest or discipline. Data Screens, Reports, and Map contents have all been organized around these themes. Users will find the searching and compiling of data much faster and easier than in previous versions of OWL.

• Block - navigate and compile data by Area & Block, similar to previous versions
